You can delete your GEARIT account from inside the app, in a few taps. Nothing is kept afterwards and nothing has to be requested by email.
Open Settings, go to Your account and tap Delete your account, then confirm. The deletion happens immediately.
Everything held for your account is erased at once — the copy of your setups used to move them between your devices, and every signed-in session. The rows are removed, not flagged as deleted, so nothing survives the request and there is no backup copy to restore from.
Your name, your email address and your profile are never sent to us — signing in returns a session token and nothing else, and the account is identified by a scrambled id that cannot be turned back into who you are. Photos of receipts stay on your phone and are never uploaded, so deleting the app removes those with it.
Email theitgroupapps@gmail.com from the address you use for GEARIT and ask for your account to be deleted. Allow a couple of days for a reply.
Removing GEARIT from your device deletes everything held on the device, including receipt photos. It does not delete the account itself — use the steps above for that.
